If you are naturally fast,
deliberately be slow.

If you are naturally slow,
be fast deliberately.

Let yourself be natural too
and find a balance of the two.

Do this so that, when all turns to past,
you know, looking upon your lived life,
you did not grind it into dust and
did not wither it away.
